See, when I first did the rowing machine I figured that was my baseline. Here's the pic of that first one....
I've decided my goal is to see how far I can go in just 30 min. I decided my first goal is 6000m in 30 mins. Here's my progress today, after 3 weeks:
I already feel better than before. I love having a goal to work toward. Before you ask, my treadmill goal is 2 miles in 30 mins doing program #2 (alternates speed and incline). The treadmill doesn't lend itself to such good progress pix, tho.
In other news, I'm seeing someone exclusively. Not really ready to say more than that, but I'm cautiously excited. Been burned a LOT, you know... sigh. He asked about a bunch of my favorite things and then brought me this on our first date.
So, that pretty much brings you up to speed. I'm going to try giving up my road rage for Lent. Based on today, it's gonna be a long Lent. LOL. I also found a prayer on FB that I'll be praying every day.
I like the idea of praying for daily neglects... I know there are plenty. I'm also doing a biblical walk thru Christ's passion, which will likely be my Friday studies since I have Fridays off. 😁
