Spooky Season BEGINS!

This week was business as usual. Although we did get rain!! Some people forgot what it was like. 

I wanted some wine... but it hid a surprise.

Planning outfits around the potential of rain is tough when there are conflicting reports. However, I survived the Thursday deluge, and Friday the rain was much more sedate, so no worries. I left work early and hubby and I went to Grapevine for a date night.

We stayed at the Hyatt place and I think we have a winner for our favorite hotel. The suit was spacious, and even tho we were right next to the elevators, we didnt hear ANYTHING. No screaming child this time! So nice. 

Saturday we got up and went to denton to meet up with our friends at the Halloween capital of texas.

it was a fun day.

We stayed in denton on Saturday night. Got up on Sunday, went to Mass, headed home, got lunch at chuba hut ("toasted" subs), and then got home. I've been unpacking, doing laundry, and preparing for the week. I hope all of you are having a good Sunday, and are ready for fall!!! It's arrived even in Texas now!! Hehehe
