Sunday A and I met up for margs. We got a waiter we had had before, which made things even more fun. Hehe.
Monday thru Thursday was business as usual, and me wondering if I'll ever go downstairs to do weights or if I'll just stay hooping in the AM. At least the scale started going in the right direction.
Thursday I ducked out early to do some last min cleaning at the casa.
Then my dad, stepmom, and hubby arrived and we all went to dinner. Hubby was able to get off work almost when he should be. Lol.
Friday I took them shopping while hubby was at work. Waiting to hear they were ready for their driver (me), I went to enjoy my coffee on the balcony.
Friday hubby went to work, so I took d&c shopping. I found some sandals! Then we went to lunch at a social club that was doing oktoberfest. It was really good. After that we wandered Walmart a bit, then went home to wait for hubby to get off work. Once he got home, we went to dinner at eagle point. Then it was time for hockey, so after a small mishap (I was on autopilot and heading home, but needed to drop them off at the hotel... oops) we dropped them off and headed home for real. Lol.
Saturday they went to bfast at Our Place in burleson, then they came to the apt. We went to fort worth for their arts goggle event. What is that, you ask? Well, they shut down magnolia street and they have 1000 vendors with crafts, food, drink, art, music, etc.
It was a good day of art, a long walk, and a burger at Shaws pub. LOTS of people as well.
So this morning we will meet up at mass and then figure out the day from there. They leave tomorrow. Hubbs worked on fri so he could have today off with us. Then we have 2 weekends of nothing planned... we are looking forward to that. 😉😁 much love, I hope you are all enjoying some nice weather, good friends, family, and a festival or 2.
