Monday I had off work so I had a bit of a "me" day. After I got up and moved the plants back to the balcony (we had a frost warning and the tomato looks REAL sad) I had coffee, then went to the library for some journaling. Then at noon I went to a PiYo class (pilates and yoga).
Tuesday thru Friday was back to work as usual. Grants, reports, meetings, webinar conference, all the things. My abs FINALLY stopped hurting on Friday. Again, pilates are MEAN. I did still hit my gym goals, so go me!
Saturday was THE DAY! We were prepared with a bandolier full of snacks, my clear bag for the give aways, my protien coffee, and plans to meet for bfast with the group! We also had liquid IV for hydration after beer fest, comfy walking shoes for the day, and the list of brewers we HAD to see. The day commenced at 11 when we met up with the group going and boarded the party bus! 1145 we headed off to fair park to be there for the 130 VIP opening of the FEST! And then... shenanigans ensued. Lol. 7pm we met up with the bus to head back to the rendezvous point, and hubbs and I stayed over. I may have imbibed too much.
